Our Pastor
...I came that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly...Jesus
John 10:10
An introductory message from:
Rev. Daryel D. Brisebois
Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce
myself to you. I received my calling to the
ministry in October 1991 just a few months after
I was saved.

My background was not based in the church
but I was raised sporadically attending basic
mainline Churches. Encouraged by my mother
who was trying her best to raise us to have
some kind of understanding and connection to
God. I still had a limited understanding of what
God actually required of me.
It was not until August 1991 one hot summer night I realized I was lost and not going to have a part in God's
eternal kingdom unless I was born again (Jn 3:3).

A friend of mine at a part time job shared the life changing message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with me. This
was definitely a new chapter in my life and I knew I was changed.

My call came to ministry as a young Christian but it did not come to pass until later. I was advised by my Sr. Pastor
at the time to bloom where I was planted which taught me stability and gave depth to my commitment.

I had my beginning foundation and experiences in youth ministry starting in 1994, and my first Assistant pastorate
in 2000. It was not long after I had opportunity for my first Sr.  pastorate in 2001.

I love the ministry and every challenge and struggle I may face and I give thanks to God who has counted me to
be in the race.

My ministry philosophy is based on Eph 4:11 And he gave some, Apostles; and some, Prophets; and some,
Evangelists; and some, Pastors and Teachers; v12 For the perfecting of the Saints, for the work of the ministry,
for the edifying of the body of Christ.

I believe it is my job as a Pastor to discover and equip the saints for the work of ministry. The work of ministry is
for the saints and for too long we the Church have neglected it's greatest resource, the people in our
congregations.

It is my goal at Abundant Life Assembly to utilize every person to their fullest potential after they have been
grounded and discipled. I desire to see lasting results in ministry and pray daily for God's wisdom and guidance.

If you would like to email me (
pastor@abundantlifewindsor.com) with any of your questions please feel free, I look
forward to hearing from you.

The Lord Bless and Keep you, May he shine his face upon you.
